well i think its come to it..
i noticed my car overheating on idle, and i burnt almost 2 quarts of oil between the oil change, and untop of that oil pressure is 15psi @ idle... not looking to good.
car doesn't pull as hard as it used to on 7psi, before i'd max the stock maf out around 5000rpms now i barely hit 99% by 6400..
so i decided to check my coolent and guess what its low, so i top it off and i look inside and what do i see?
BROWN CLOUDY WATER OF DOOM!!!
that would explain all the issues i stated above..
well i guess 20k on a boosted stock ka running 14psi at times will do that to you.. stupid head lift..
so now i have two choices, fix the head gasket. (get arp head studs and feltpro gasket)=300 bux
or wait a bit and finally throw in the carillo rods and arias pistons..(but i need to get arp main/head studs, ams oil pump and bearings, and i should do 264 cams and a small port and polish) so that about 1500 im calculating to do.. not to mention after that im going to need an aem to boost 25psi..
decisions..
all suggestions welcome.
