Uh Oh need help

so I go to take out my driver seat today to prep for some painting and I go to take out this bolt and the nut got stuck at the end so I give it a little more force and what do you know the whole freaking bolt came out so now what the hell do I do should I put some thread lock on it and see if that holds and if that doesnt work what else can I do

take the bolt out again, and get 2 more nuts to go on the bolt. Now on the other end of the bolt (opposite to the stuck nut) screw the 2 nuts on bottom to bottom. Tighten them together. Take a wrench on the stuck nut and a wrench on the end nut and loosen the stuck nut off. You might want to spray some penetrating oil on it first and let it soak. Now, you can try to use that again but I bet it will just do the same thing if you ever try taking it out again. Or, you can go to the parts store and get a bolt to go there instead of a stud and nut.
