They just banged out another concept Supercar.

The Ford Shelby GR-1!

pretty hot looking but maybe a bit heavy at 3900lbs.

100lbs lighter than my Q, double the HP and almost double the torque. I dig it.

Finally Ford didnt **** all over its heritage with a concept. I was worried after the last shelby concept... ewwwwwwww...

though the 49 was killer.

Ford's gonna load it's perfomance guns up it seems...

with the reception of the GT and '03 Cobra, they figure they still got what it takes it seems...

now if the damn cars built around the engines they've got will hold up as well...

There was also a prototype Shelby Mustang off the '05 too, it looked pretty cool....perhaps we'll see that as an option package on the next Cobra...
