So, last week I'm negotiating a trade for the 'vert with a local. Later that day, I get a message that the 'vert sold. So, I call off the trade and await payment of a deposit. Cool?

Nope. I get an email from this toolbag Civic-driving wannabe thug kid, saying he can't afford it, he just wanted to get the bidding started.

I emailed him back with a little explanation on how ebay works, and made sure to file that silly little NPB notice with ebay.

I get a call later that the guy I was working the trade with sold the "trade bait".
