I just bought a brand new UEGO gauge and wideband sensor from my friend - Thanks Carl!

However, it did not come with instructions. All I need to know is where I need to run each wire

Red - I'd assume is power when the key is on?Blue - ?White - ?Black - I'd assume is ground

Thanks a lot guys!-Max

It must not have been new in box because they come with a book of an instruction manual... unfortunately I can't find mine.

Have you tried AEM's homepage?

The red wire (power) from the UEGO goes to the power wire on the O2 sensor harness (identify with multimeter). The orange wire (signal) from the UEGO controller is spliced into the power wire on the O2 sensor harness.

The remaining wires on the O2 harness and the UEGO harness (white, green, brown and blue) are not used.
