has anyone put an l series head with 44mm mikuni carbs on a ka24e , wondering hp gain,its a u67 head comp spings ported massive valves mild cam oged out ex ports.a lot of work in to the head \thanks new to the site \over\well i am in middle of build its gona be a sweet motor i will post pic if i can on this site \out

don't know if anyone has off hand... but you could use mikuni's on the KA head with a custom intake mani... i'd say do that cause there is nothing wrong with the KA head... power gain wouldn't be as big as typical with most datsuns though because you're upgrading over fuel injection instead of a crap hitachi carb... for the most part it think it would be the same as putting an intake and getting a tune on the KA... better yes... but not as drastic as it is on the old engines
