My car is a 91 senta ser witha u13 sr20det. Just wondering my factory recirc valve is open atmosphere right now and and it is blowing out quite a bit of air, is this normal? The boost autometer boost gauge is tied in to the wastegate vac line, should it be on the same line as the recirc or blow off valve? The boost gauge reads a 0 at idle i know it should be pulling though and when you cover the recirc the idle goes way up. Please help:confused:

Tie your boost gauge into your Fuel Pressure Regulator vacuum line. You can run open atomosphere BOV, only if your BOV has a strong spring, if not, recir. If you do have a upgraded BOV, then an open atmosphere BOV will make you run rich during shifting or anytime you have put a load on the motor and then back off of the gas.
