U12 ecu in redtop?

So I'm sending my ecu out to get tuned its a code 62 when I first got my engine set I got a ecu with it that said in white out "u12 sr20 blue bird" that threw a red flag so I called the importer and sent out my ecu (62) can I use this ecu temporarily till mine gets back? It has a nissan remanufactured label on it first row says 237im 79e61 then below it has a11-000 e9ik (little box next to it has 1701)

No, that one needs a distributor and won't drive the coil packs.
