Usually i find answers by searching the web and forums, im in a pickle here with 2005 altima 2.5s

I replaced the purge valve on my EVAP system. Blew out line to make sure there wasnt any charcoal present. Car started with EVAP canister unplugged( forgot to plug it up after hose check). Remembered i had left unplugged, then everything back up. And not the car wont start. Here is what the codes are reading
U1000 CAN Communication Circuit
P0462 Fuel level sensor circuit low input

Unable to clear codes as they are active in the system.

I removed battery tray and replaced both the engine and body ground. Checked all fuses and still nothing. Put old purge valve back in, nothing. It is weird though. Since all of this. When i try and start it, the brake light is on, the headlights come on automaticly, the radiator fan comes on, the gear selector has no gear displayed.
