u-joint replacement

I replaced the clutch on my 1990 N/A 2+2. With the driveline out I noticed that the u-joints need to be replaced. the u-joints are staked in, and all the info I can find points to replacing the driveline for up to $600. Oriley's auto parts sold me joints PN 387. Summit indicates the same PN for my car.
Has anyone figured out how to install new U-joints in the driveline instead of replacing the entire thing?

You need a pretty big press to remove/install them, should have it balanced once u joints are replaced.

New 1 piece DS are about $250-300
