Your 240SX has "staked-in" U Joints. They are meant to be non-replaceable. There are a few companies out there that make replacement ujoints. However, it has been our professional experience that these replacement ujoints do not have the precise fit necessary to maintain shaft balance and not fail prematurely. We at Shaftmasters Inc. make a single piece aluminum replacement driveshaft for your vehicle. It comes complete with trans yoke and rear flange and is a direct replacement for your factory original 2 piece shaft. Replacement shaft is high speed balanced and ready to install. We offer free UPS Ground shipping to forum members in the continental US. Shaft is $299.99. Shop around and you will find this to be the best price out there. We have 40 years experience and have sold nearly 100 of these shafts and not had a single complaint. Here is the link to our store where you can purchase 1 for yourself.

Shafts ship within 24-48 hours after order completion. Call us at 1-866-912-2004 if you have any questions,

Thanks,DavidShaftmasters Inc.
