U-Dimension amps...
this is a long shot, but does anybody know anything about U-Dimension amps or where i can buy them online?? I've seen their website but it doesn't tell me anything. i'm just curious cause i have a U-dimension 8k.1 (800W RMS @ 1ohm) that's just sitting in my closet. it's about 3 years old and is actually my buddy's amp but i want to buy it off him, but before i did i just wanted to know how much this thing would be worth and if there were any reviews on it... thanks!

Most of the pages I found were non-US based, but were High End DCar Audio, so my guess is it's a higher end product. Now price is going to be hard, b/c as good as it may be how hard would it be to repair if no one's heard of it??

wow rex thanks for the links... those canadian car audio forum guys are freaks, they eat, breath and sleep car audio it seems :pface but ya i checked into a local car audio shop today and turns out they used to sell u-dimension before they started selling audison, and in fact they still run the board filled with the entire range of focal components off of a 65x2 RMS u-dimension amp.it goes for $699 canadian, and there is a 0.5ohm cap that's as big as the amp that goes for the same price. it's a japanese manufacturer and obviously quite high end. unfortunately they didn't have any current u-dimension amps or at least any sub amps, but the dude said that the amp that i got in my closet used to run about $1600 canadian.... i guess i'll offer $300 cause i'm sure he picked it up for a pretty good deal initially :pface hope he accepts my offer cause the amp does sound pretty damn clean even through my DD
