Two Xbox 360 questions... halp plzz

K first off, I have it connected to my computer..now what format do i need my videos in to watch it on my TV, and how can I convert them.

SecondI have to gamertags, one on my Memory Unit before i bought my HDD, and the 2nd on my actual HDD (harddrive). Now i transfered everything over, but my Forza 2 wont, i dont know why, and since i just got xbox live, with my HDD account, my MU account dosent have it, so i cant gift my car to my friend and have him gift it back to me, plus im like level 25 i dont wanna start over, but i hate switching accounts everytime i want to play

any light shed on these will be greatly appreciated, thanks nico!

1. the gaming system has less traffic because discussion is confined to a certain topic. that means any info you get here will be more specific and helpful as opposed to "OMFG 360 suxx dude lol jesdas pants."

2. if you dont think there is enough traffic in the gaming forum, why dont you do something about it? like, oh say POSTING IN IT?!?!!!!

its teh suck, cuz i have soo many movies ( that... i payed.... for)on my comp, and id rather watch it on my new HDTV t hen my crappy monitor and plus i wanna get rid of the memory unit its teh fail

The Memory Unit comes in 64 MB or 512 MB. Looking at my game saves, I have about 1.6 GB of game data. Crackdown saves are taking up about 1 GB but even the remaining .6 GB would fill up a 512 MB MU. If I'm way off here though, I suggest you be more specific so we can help you find a solution.

ok... i have a hardline running from my router/computer/modem to my Xbox 360, enabling online play and access to pictures, music, and video clips

now i download movies in avi. file or divx format ( i forgot which) and the xbox dosent read it, so i cant watch them on my TV, i want to basically convert them into the correct format (whatever it is) so i can view these DIVX format movies/clips on my TV instead

I bought the core edition for like $150 new, and i had forza 2 on it with no HD, so i purchased a MU (memory unit). I saved everything on this for a while, then i saved up and bought a used HDD for $60. I transfered everything over to the HD, but for some reason, my Forza 2 file dosent want to move, and even worse, its on a different account/gamertag.

Since i got live now, you have to create a GT capable of xbox live, so now everytime i turn on my xbox, i have to GT to choose from, one thats xbox live compatible that i play EVERYTHING on, and one non xbox live compatable account stuck on my MU for Forza 2. i can solve this issue by deleting everything and starting over but i would rather not. and since for some reason it will not let me enable Live on my forza2 GT, i cant go online and at least gift all my cars and money to a friend then create a new save file on my xbox live GT and recieve them back. Plus i want to get rid of the 512 MU cuz i dont need it. I have like 13GB of capacity left on the HDD so storage is not an issue here, just for some reason F2 wont move. i moved like 4 other games but this one wont let i dnno why

The videos have to be in Windows Media File format. So get converting!

The memory unit one is a little more difficult. The only thing I can say is do tough it out and start over, OR since I am a nice guy send me an email I will give you a 48 hour account and you can use it to sign on with your other profile and gift them to a friend. If you want to do that (oh don't get used to me being so nice it doesn't happen often). lol

WOW FAILURE

i converted my movies all to wmv, and the xbox shows the actual movie and a preview, run time and everything, then when i hit play the side bar opens and says

may not support this format... go on xbox/support for more info is there a set bit rate for this maybe?my short video works, but not my movies wtf!?!?

what program did you guys use? i have this one redtop/ryon recommended to me, forgot the name, btw is there and discrepancy's in bitrate?

I don't convert my own. I have a friend that sends me his, but I know a little I will see if he will tell me what program he uses. The only problem is he doesn't like to give up his secrets not sure why.
