guys,gals,etc.,

I saw a scion tC w/ possibly a body kit in my area today, looked great. OEM white vehicle, but with a jet black hood and black trunk. very good contrast going on.

Anyone have an estimate of what that kind of paint job would cost on an a/c?

black/red might also look great,,,, black/blue might look either unbelievable or just weird.

thx

Yeah, but the trunk doesn't delete the plate...I wanna get rid of that horrifying rattle whenever I close the lid.

...and I'm not the biggest fan of Speedtech. We've had...issues...in the past.

vented hood sounds hott.

Question, does the carbon fiber hood improve the weight of the car at all and thereby make it slightlyyy very slightly faster, or is a carbon fiber hood just a visual mod?

thx

You would probably be saving 10 lbs at most.

Working out and going on adiet would save u more weight. Thus making ur car slightly faster.

I figured out how I am going to find the best two-tone combination (or just go for Carbon Fiber).

I was wondering if there was some sort of software that I could test out the possibilities on, but realize the answer is probably no, unless being a photoshop expert.

So I am going to buy Need For Speed: Undercover for Xbox next month,,,,,,,,,, and tada, the car design feature. You can individually paint any part of the car (all the way from brake calipers to stripes on the hood), as well as test out the look of body kits, aftermarket wheels, custom artwork, decals, etc.

too bad the game doesn't feature the a/c though, I will need to make the design on a 350z. that will give me a general idea of how it looks though,,,

yay.

On the Terminator CF Hood, Won't water seep in the vents while parked or stopped and effect an aftermarket intake or even the motor?
