well while i was driving to the track day (drift nirvana the hose that goes to the throttle body that obtains collant sprung a leak . my questo is can i block this off what is the sole purpose of it , what would u do ?

also i have some oil seeping from my motor its a very slow one to at that , it seems to be coming from under the head had any dealt with this matter < dee or anyone , what shall i do > and has anyone else had this issue ill post pics up tommorow after i safe kids lives at 8 lol .

the coolant in the TB is for colder temps... i guess it help balance the intake air temp. im pretty sure anyway.

and i thought my head was leaking a lil bit... check your valve covers, they make the head area look wet and like its leaking! changed the valve cover gaskets and shes clean now.

Pretty sure the (hot) coolant lines run there so the throttle body doesn't freeze shut when it's cold due to moisture in the air. Or something like that. Anyway, it's stupid and you can block it off.

bingo superjoy got it, its to prevent the TB from staying shut in cold temps.

ha ha nice u guys are like fam thanks well im off today im going to check it out and let u guys know ill take some pics just to show others if it happens to themselves and how to resolve it .im thinking that the valve covers may not be tightend correctly nor the head so ill u guys know how it turned out
