Nice run! Were you guys down there earlier in the season? I was there in a white S14 in SM in the middle of the season, doing some tuning before the DC Pro.

Is there an NNJR event this weekend? I'll be in MD for the Autocrossers Inc event. From past experience, Ripken's lot is better than the one at E-town...

Here's a clip of my other car on the E-town lot... I think we were catching air at the turn-around.

Nice run! That was a fast course huh. It seems like the layout in E-town is pretty much the same (left hand sweeper on the turn around then some slaloms). I recently ran with the Porsche club of NJ and their layout was awesome! 60 second runs that are both technical and contains fast sweepers. I would recommend for you to check it next year. I usually run with Motor Sports North East. They're layouts are nice, but the Porsche club layouts are far better.

The E-town lot has been getting worse and worse over time. It was pretty bad when I used to run with DGTrials a few years ago, and it's just gotten worse since. The potholes on the lot have pretty much limited the course layout. I typically run with NER SCCA (Devens, MA) and PhillySCCA (Warminster, PA). They run on airport runways with longer layouts that have more speed variation. I'll try to make a few E-town events next year to get more test & tuning in, though. Hope to see you out there!

You drive all the way to Ripkens? You plan on going to the Summer Series Event # 12 on Nov. 11th?

It's looking dim at the moment, as my fiance's grandfather is in the hospital. It also doesn't help that the friend who I usually stay with at those events will be at a family reunion....

But I guess I'll see.

Hey. I met you in one of the autocross events at the Meadowlands in July or August, can't remember. It's cool that you and your brother are coming down to Englishtown now. I talked to your brother a couple of times since we were in the same run group at Englishtown. Anyway, good job on winning your class.

I'm trying to start a drifting/racing club for people in northern NJ. Check out this thread:

Maybe you and your brother will be interested.
