What emissions stuff can i get rid of and have my motor still run good because on my motor set i have vac. lines just randomly cut and whats a good bov for the CA...?

There is almost not emission equipment on the CA whatsoever. The carbon canister (cylndrical black plastic thing) over behind the drivers side headlight is the only thing, and that is very easily ditched. Otherwise, follow the vac diagram in the sticky. BOV's aren't really motor dependent. They all work about the same, it's just the sound that's different.
