Two questions, one about coolant and one about a random hose...

Okay, I was wondering if the ac compressors on 91 ka's and 95 ka's run on the same coolant? And also after putting my motor back in there is a hose that runs from the back top of the transmission to the front of the transmission and there is a mettal hook on the end and I can't find ANY hose that goes onto that. I tried the FSM and my hanes manual but can't find anything about it.

Also where can I get an egr block off plate for a 95 ka24de? I searched too...

I believe that hose coming out of the transmission is a vent hose. It should not connect to anything.As for the block off plates, check e Bay. I see them go for $7- $10 plus shipping. Or just buy some 1/4 aluminum and make your own. All you need is a dremel / air grinder, drill and replacement gaskets to use as a template.
