I searched, but couldn't come up with an answer...

Is it possible to fit two 12 inch subs in a coupe? Anyone have this setup? Pics?

BTW, they are Kenwood Typhoons if that makes any difference.

Thanks.

IIRC, there was a thread about this > a year ago. The issue is the size of the box and getting it "into" the trunk. This can be solved by buidling a non-traditional box (see this thread zerothread?id=119353).

Time to bust out that image again:

There's other ways too, but that's the simplest - more sound quality oriented than sound quantity for sure (smaller box) - much crisper than my old rockford fosgate dual 10's setup w/ a larger box, but also not as loud.

Nice box, but I don't think the coupe has 13.5" of height clearance... unless you are willing to rig/remove the spare tire well cover... I remember that was my main issue when I was doing my first sub setup. It was around 12-13" of total clearance before hitting something & still maintaining "some" trunk space.
