well i traded my 79 trans am body for a turbo kit. it came with a t3 precision turbo, greddy e-manage ultimate (standalone piggyback ecu),spearco intercooler, and lots of other goodies. i got this crazy idea and was wondering if i could use this on my vg33er. and if i cant then i would get a vg33e put it in a hardbody and turbo it. then i could have a sc truck and a turbo truck. any help would greatly be appreciated.

It has been done on other various vehicles but I personally wouldn't recommend it. It just seems like it would be a nightmare to setup plus you're mixing a rather inefficient compressor with an efficient compressor and that just seems like it would not be optimal.

I would just do the second idea, VG33E with a turbo in a Hardbody. The VG33's can make some insane torque with boost and would make for one very fun truck.
