Twin Turbo on a 4 cyl?

I have heard about a twin turbo on somebody's ka motor... Is that even possible? Some kid from around where I live said it was... And he's pretty good with that ****... But I don't think it's possible... Help me out... I'm in a big argument with the bastard...-shawn

I don't think the engine would hold up from all the stress. but then again I could be wrong as well

Stress how though? I really don't understand turbos and ****... (just got into the scene in December) And I just turned 16 Sunday... So yeah

well i've never heard of any, but then again it could be possible to have a sets equential twins. one for the low end and for for the high end. like most stock twin turbos. howeveragain twin turbos on 4 banger might not be soo effective, since you don't see any of them running around.i say ask this question on the SR or the turbo forums, some one is bound to know

It's very possible. Hell, you could have quad turbos. The thing is that you'd need very small turbos or the spool time would be really bad, and trying to physically FIT 2 turbos on the exhaust side of a 4 cylinder would be very tough. But there's no reason why you couldn't if you felt like putting the work in.
