that is insane......never even thought that you could white smoke the tires on a dyno like that...but 1000+hp I guess would do the trick.

Gotta love the GN's. That was my DREAM car when i was in high school.

When the 87 GN came out and blew away the Vette in all the major car mags, Buick guys FINALLY got some respect. :)

Yes, I wonder if he has that rotten egg smell

It truely is an unreal video clip and worth the effort. It was posted before and after abusing his bandwidth the host took it down, maybe Wes can put it on Q45.org?

LOL!!! Actually I am developing a taste for my awesome rotten egg smell. I am starting to feel like that NASCAR commercial where the guy goes out to the street and white smokes his tires and then gets down on the pavement and smells the tire burn mark and goes ahhh.....NASCAR. I use to think the tire burning smell at the 1/4 track stinked so bad until my 3rd time there and then I liked it....I guess the rotten egg smell is an acquired taste?

BTW....Just joking on all the above....as still trying to workout getting CAT's back on the car within the end of next week. The $hit just plain stinks!!!!!

what you talkin' bout, I think the GS Stage 1 showed them Buick was not to be ****ed with.

that being said, I want a 65 Riveria. with some sweet sweet 455 in it.

My brother use to have a mid-80's Buick Regal T-Type. The car was super fast in a straight line but handled horribly on curves at full speed. He use to drive it year around on stock all-season tires, with half a leaky t-roof. The car never got stuck in the deepest snow.
