I had bought a barely used exedy carbon twin plate...took me a min to find this but 30502-14601 is the part number for the throwout bearing - obviously by reading exedy's site...but when crossreferenced it came up with 72'-74' nissan pickup. I'm desperate to get the car running this weekend so I call autozone...and what do you know they have one. It's the exact same diameter inside as the stock sr's bearing sleeve and the bearing is a perfect match to the marks on the exedy...it's even shorter to allow for full movement of the clutch fork. I can take pics if people need it...in fact I'll take pics anyway. Oh and torque specs for exedy twins are 66ftlbs to the flywheel bolts and 23 ftlbs to the pressure plate bolts...Anyway just thought I'd share.

that sounds right to me. i have an HKS twin plate, its torque specs are the same as the factory ones. it also requires the same throw out bearing.

i bought this on:http://phase2motorsports.store....html

yeah...I plan on getting that just as a backup...especially if I hear any noises from the throwout. But I don't see even an autozone throwout bearing going bad before I can get another one. My torque specs are lower than factory ...that's weird...remember I was having that problem with flywheel bolts stretching....well I've got plenty of them now lmfao. So when's your ride going to be up? or is it already. I should be throwing mine in today...it's 6am now...should before 7pm today...hopefully.
