So, you are going to have a header that splits and sends the exhaust from 2 cylinders to one muffler, and the other 2 cylinders to a seperate muffler?? That seems like a really bad idea for exhaust scavenging and such. Plus, as far as I know, there is really no way to have a "true" dual exhaust on a 4 cylinder. That's usually for engines with "V" configurations (V8, V6, etc.)Would probably be better for performance and sound to just split off from the main pipe. I don't think it's possible to have a "real dual exhaust", as you put it. Unless you throw a V6 or V8 engine in there.
As for you main question, I don't know of a bodykit that leaves another hole for another muffler, but if you are doing all this custom work to get the pipes re-welded and ran along both sides of the car, why not just cut another whole on the other side of the bumper and have a bodyshop make it match the other side perfectly????
