twin cam...won't start.

brief summary...

rebuilt the head on ka out of a 93. we put it all back together and it wont start. it turns over but won't fire.

motor is getting fuel and spark. and everything is in time. any suggestions of where to start troubleshooting?

I would double check timing. Im not sure if its the same with dohc but I had trouble timing my single slammer. I would set it to TDC at the crank but you dont know which valves are ready to fire piston #1 or #4. So even though it was on TDC it would be the #4 pistons stroke.
