Ok i got a pulsar GTir turbo and i cant seem to turn the damn center section to get the oil feed line to point up. i loosen all the bolts connecting it to the exhaust housing and it still wont turn. is there a special trick to doing it?

A very large rubber hammer.

Seriously.

It's probably just rusted, so you'll have to break it free.

Pretty much. What I did, is I clamped the turbine (exhaust) inlet flange in a bench vise, then gave the compressor a good whack.

I would soak it with some RD90/WD40/PB Blaster/whatever overnight first, then go to work on it.

Just be VERY careful when it does come loose, as to not damage the turbine blades.
