SO, in Feb I put on drilled/slotted rotors and ceramic/kelvar pads

Today I had the rear tires off and inspected the brakes, the pads probably have somewhere between 30-40% pad left so I'm looking at replacing them in the next 3-4 months.

Do I HAVE to turn the rotors if they are not damaged and the pads are the the same brand ect ect??

The reason I am apprehensive about turning the rotors is they are drilled and I think I may have some cracking if I turn them??

New brakes back in feb,

It's not necessary unless there are imperfections in the rotors. I don't think its recommended to turn them anyways.

I've done this with other vehicles before. As long as the rotors aren't warped I've never had any trouble. Just make sure they are clean.
