Turning on lights or interior heater causes idle to drop.

What is supposed to raise idle in this situation? aac? ficd? ?

sounds normal to me. how much does the idle drop? what do you idle at with nothing on?

drops 50 with lights and 100 with interior heater. it idles around 700 with nothing on.

if i leave a vacuum hose open , the idle only increases 50 rpm.

try raising your idle a little, if you've got a 5spd you should be idling between 750-800rpm.
