I am going to be swapping an RB25 into my S14 but since this is my only car I still need to drive it in the snow. I was wondering if I were to turn the boost down to only a few psi would I need a tune?

You won't be able to go below factory boost settings unless you go to a different actuator. You also don't have to turn the boost down if you really learn how to drive the car and stay out of boost. I had my controller set to 21 psi all winter.

Your wasting time without dedicated snow tires. Trust me, I drive mine in the winter too.

factory is 8, you can go down to 5 if you are running the factory boost control valve.
