turning 180K on a 89 SE

ok well iam about 23 miles away from turning 180k on my 240 and i was just wondering if iam going to have to replace my KA if so should i just go for DE instead of going for an ka24E?? i've over heating problems at 170k but lately it has been my airconditoning so ne suggestions wopuld be greatly apperciated

It depends on the motor but some could go as much 230,000 or more. I would recomend going DE if it should go out.

all depends on what u want from ur new motor. stock or mods? if mods....how many etc. any substantial mods and u may want to look into an SR swap.
