Turn Signals wont work, help emergency

ok, took out my dash. to get the dash out I had to unscrew the side things on my steering wheel so it coudl come out. NOT UNPLUG wires but just the kob from the wheel. I then screwed them back in and now the signals wont work. the brights will work and the lights will still flip up and turn on. but when I move the turn signal left or right. the spedometer doesnt make any blinking signals. nor do the lights on the front of the car blink. right now there is no interior in my car. and all the buttons on the covers are taken off could this be why? anybody else ever have this problem on there s13?

please help or leave a helping hand if you can im depserate this is my only car and I cant afford another ticket or I lose my license.

On a S14 if you disconnect the hazard light button your signals don't work.Not sure if the same holds true for a S13 but from the sound of your problem it might be.
