turn signals stopped working 91 hatch

I tried to install a HUD dash in my 91 hatch and now the trun signals and hazards have stopped working... I have tried the fuses and tried putting the old dash back, but nothing has worked yet; I'm thinking it might be the flasher relay but I can't find it. Can anyone help?

*update*I have replaced the flasher relay and my blinker and hazards are still not working, anyone got anymore ideas?
