Turn Signals make hazard lights flash.

Hi, one day i was using the turn signals and noticed it made my hazards lights flash. all 4 lights on the outside, for left and right turn signals. my hazard lights switch is fine, and my turn signal stick/ harness. I think it may be a bad ground or something with the wires, Im not certain. Its a really weird problem that nobody i know has ever had. its a 1990 240sx.Does anybody know how to fix this problem, I need to fix it asap, i cant drive without proper working signals. Thanks
