94Q - My turn signals work on and off. When you flip the signal theres no signal and the hazards won't work either. Then the next time I need to use them, they work like normal.

Would like to pinpoint the issue asap. Motorcycle cops are the worst in my town... They don't seem to care about speeding as much as they do when it comes to a clear acrylic cover on your rear license plate. Got a fix-it for that one.

At first I was guessing the bulbs, but if it's the whole enchilada, could it be a wiring issue?

If you never get it resolved, you could always move to Pennsylvania. Those bastards never use their damn turn signals anyway.

I would suspect either the turn signal switch or flasher, although I don't remember hearing of either failing. Also, everything is fed through the hazzard switch - so make sure it's plugged in correctly. Do you have anything aftermarket involving the turn signal system?

Bulbs are fine. The signals work just like they should when they wanna work.

Theres no aftermarket stuff on my car.

Over a month ago my rear brake pads were done for. The BRAKE light would stay on 24/7. During that time the turn signals and Hazard lights would not work at all... which I find odd. After I fixed the brakes, BRAKE light disappeared. The signals would work just as normal. Till yesterday.

well i had the same problem on my lincoln continental... the problem came from the hazard switch../ and i had a short inside the car. so your best bet is to go to your stealership and have them fixed since the problem on the Lincoln went away and came back shortly i know how you feel.

I haven't seen you mention the fuse. It's the Hazard Lamps fuse in the engine compartment fuse box (4th from the bottom?).

If you decide you need a hazard switch don't buy one. I've got a couple and since we only live 25 miles apart....
