when headlights are on the turns signals flash really fast

when head lamps are off they are normal

Checked all your bulbs and sockets the wiring on each? OEM bulbs?

i just changed out my stop lamp bulbs not oemok ill try that

Avoid cheap Chinese bulbs from American parts retailers (NAPA, etc) like the plague!

If you can't get OEM, use Sylvania LL in a pinch.

Inspect everything in the wiring and sockets while you are repalcing them. The damage may have already occurred.
