Turn Signal Troubles

I have the wierdest problem I've ever seen. For some reason, when I have my headlights off and I hit the brake, my dash illuminates and both front turn signals turn on. Then when I turn on the headlights, both my brake lights turn on as does the center light, and they stay on. Anyone have a problem like this before, or know how to diagnose this problem? Any help would be appreciated. Also, what's the most common power source for indiglo guages? I have my black (negative) wire grounded but don't know where to tap into power. I don't care if they are on all the time or not. Thank you.

sounds like you messed up your wiring. try unhooking everythign from the brake light wire. you may want to check the line that goes from your actual brake lever that turns them on.
