turn signal

my turn signal began ticking really fast and I checked the fuse and its ok. is it the bulb? if so should I change both the left and the right bulb just in case.

See if any of the bulbs are not working before getting into the relays.

I checked the both bulbs from the outside and the passenger side is dimmer than the driver side. I'm hoping its just the bulb. any suggestions?

more info: the right turn signal indicator from the inside the car began ticking faster than the left turn signal.

Did you check front and rear? Try replacing the bulb first, it sounds like your problem is definitely on the right hand side.
