Turn Signal Setup

Has anyone ever heard or know if its possible to make the small lights on the outside of the headlights (i'm not sure what they are called, but basically i'm talking about the corner lenses.. that are next to the headlights..) well anyways, is that even possible? can they be setup so that when you put on the turn signal they blink? just an idea i had...

Basically.... cut the wires that already go to them... then splice into the wires that go to your blinkers. This will work.. I'm not sure WHY you would do it, or if it's even legal, or if it might cause some electrical strain. (as you would be drawing more juice through the existing wiring) But if you want to do it... get some electrical tape and some wire stripper/cutters.

could i not take the wires going to the blinkers.. connect those to the wires going to the lights..?getting rid of the blinkers.. having the lights always be on.. and having them be able to blink..?

as you can tell i'm not good with the electrical aspect of all this... but dont' worry anything i do decide to do.. i wont' do it myself....

Awesome idea! Here is how you can do it and keep all the lights working properly at the same time. Splice into the ground wire at the blinker bulb and run it up to the corner lights positive wire and splice to it on each side of the car. Now all of your lights will work properly and yet still blink when you turn on your turn signal. The corner light will actually off blink to the other lights. So every pulse of the blinker the corner light will turn off and come back on when the blinker is not lit. Labor time should only be approx 10 mins. Good luck.

What's to prevent the flow of electricity form the positive corner marker, to travel down through the wire attached to the blinker negative? I'm not sure this would work without using a relay in the mix somewhere....
