My turn signal lights are not flashing on dash and speedometer cuts in and out with power steering going along with it. Do I need a whole new cluster and where can I get one.

You may have a loose/dirty connection. I'd say pull the cluster, clean the contacts and apply dieletric grease to the contacts and plugs. (I used an old toothbrush and brake cleaner)... I've learned that it's very important to use dielectric grease on all plugs/sockets. Makes life a lot easier when pulling them, prevents degradation of the connection from corrosion and the plugs snap into place firmly with minimal effort... somethign important when big ham hands such as mine and trying to manuever behind the cluster.

Here's an oldie but goodie that shows how crazy things can get when the plugs are not tight in the cluster. At the end I state "I think the power steering stopped working too."

PS: I had to flatbed and bend over at the dealer to get it fixed. Hope you benefit from my mistake.
