Turn signal issue.

This is on my 95 240. I have searched and found a limited amout of info on the topic. My passenger side turn signals work perfectly, but the drivers side doesn't work at all. I have checked the fuses, frounds, and even traced some of the pos side to about half way up the finder to look for a short to ground. The signal flasher operates like normal on the pass side but the drivers side goes like 20 times a second with no light in the front or the back. I have checked all the bulbs and replaced with known working bulbs. Does this sound like a short to ground to everyone else? Thats what I'm thinking at this point. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.I found the short, and fixed it.
