turn signal/hazzard issue im completely confused getting inspected mon need help

ok i put my 240 back together now hers what i got.1989 240sx ka.when you turn on the hazzards the lights blink at a normal rate except the right front bumper light.when you turn on the right turn signal the back blinks fast the front doesnt blink.when you turn on the left signal it blinks fast as well but both light up.when you turn on the headlights all the lights light up. heres what i tried i checked the bulbs they are all fine i checked the socket its fine i checked the ground it seems to be working because the light lights up when the headlights are on.any help is greatly appreciated
