Turn Signal, Hazards not working. Need HELP 2011 Infiniti M56X

Alright so i checked the forum, google, youtube up and down for a solution. Recently after taking my car to the infiniti dealership for an oil change, I noticed the turn signals no longer work. After reviewing, Ive found other members having this issue but this was with older model infiniti / nissans.

Ive searched these area for the turn signal relay but no luck,

Engine bay, 3 fuse boxs
Interior driver side fuse box,
Under steering column area
Under passenger Glove box area

Does the 2011 even have this relay like the older models ?

The model Ive found looking online is 257311M200 but looks like a discontinued relay.

Any help on location or actual relay that is controlled by the turn signal or hazards signal is greatly appreciated ..

turn signal/hazard are all controlled by the BCM. There is no mechanical relay.

I would go back to dealer they might of shorted soemthing out.
