Turn Rotors When Replacing Pads

Is it necessary to turn the rotors when replacing the pads? The wear on the current rotors look pretty uniform so far.

its usually a good excuse to (turn them), since youll be messing with the brakes anyway. I personally, would just turn them.

If they look decent I just throw some pads on and next time I will get them turned or buy some new cheapo autozone rotors if its a daily driver.
