As the title says, Turn 10 has jooined forces with Jalopnik and are asking people to vote for what cars will go into 2 DLC's to come out later this year. There are 3 groups to vote on and each group you choose 10 cars that you want to see in the game. I must say having voted I'm definitely excited to see what we wind up with as there are a ton of good choices in each group.

Honestly, this is pretty damn stupid. There are 60 cars and we get to choose two? To hell with that. There are tons of awesome cars in there, just make them ALL DLC.I could see this making sense if it was a vote between a handful of cars to pick the top two. But two out of 60? Just stupid. Your choice has no chance of being the winner. And since there are Ferraris in there, there's really no chance of any car but them winning anyway, even if it is good.

The mix of cars is crappy. The amount of cars is crappy. The idea is crappy.

How about trimming that 60 down to 10 and letting us vote for the next 6 months? That'd be a lot more effective.

And I don't see any Qs or Maximas anywhere.

You choose 10 per group.

Ahhh. I misunderstood "2 DLCs" as "2 cars."

That's a lot better. But still...the mix of cars kind of sucks. Some of the cars have no chance despite being good choices. They should just offer them ALL as DLC.

I would have thought that there would have been more chatter on this, guess I was wrong.

...I really don't like the thought of paying more money for more cars. If anything Forza really needs a "Night and Weather" DLC. I want to slide in the rain and I also want to admire the lights as they reflect off of those beautifully rendered automobiles. I also want to be able to turn my headlights on in the game. I want flash my high-beams on someone.

....we need more environments. I hate....short...medium....long versions of the same track. If you want a short track, create a short track. Dont cheat by making shortcuts to a long track a new track.

sorry...that is really why I am not excited about the new DLC

I'd definately like to see some more tracks added to lineup, and having night races would definately be a plus as would weather effects. I think if we cry enough as a community they will add these things in Forza 4. I know a LOOOOOOT of people want more smoke effects, night races, and weather effects. I think all of this stuff would have been put in Forza 3 but it would have delayed the game and the consumers weren't having that.
