Turkey Day pics

Normally, we fry a turkey and some wings. But, thought I would try out the 'Big Easy' this year. No oil.We injected a 12.5 pound bird with Zesty Italian dressing/Texas Pete/Tony Catchere

Here is how it's going so far.



I know, should go in General. But wanted it in G35.

Turkey turned out OK, not as good as fried, but better than baked!!

Sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, creamed potatoes, gravy

Mac & Cheeze, Dressing



Deserts: Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Apple Crisp

Also, grilled some wings (marinated in ginger, lemon pepper, garlic salt)

i deep fried my turkey to only the 2nd and both times they turned out GREAT ill NEVER bake another 1........mmmmm pie i love pie

First POST! Anyways... a bit drunk... but baking is WEAK... its all about frying... =)

As for me... currently own and xA... HUGE UPGRADE to a G35... begins tomorrow!!!

Nice pics I missed the whole thread. ARGH. I bought a house and sold mine in 2 weeks. Was kind of busy with it. SVT how was the dinner. Sure looks great I need to mop the floor a front of my laptop.
