turbos?

hey what up? i know iv asked some s**t that probly sounds stupid to those that no more than me but hey we all got to ask to learn. so i just have one quick question.

what aftermarket turbos are there that are the smallest u can go but still bigget than a s15 t28??? and what kind of hp numbers would they put out and what kind of response?????

oh i have 2 questions actually. can some one tell me why a evo 8 with its stock turbo and all supporting mods can put out almost 500hp at the crank with full boost at like 3 grand but a sr also a 2.0l cant make 400hp at the crank with full boost at 3 grand???? id really appreciate it

An evo cannot make almost 500 crank hp. More like 425 max. An sr20det with s15 t28 can make 350. The mitsu turbo is really good for one, plus I imagine the longer stroke of the 4g63 helps with spoolup.

Regarding your first question, there have been a ton of recent posts on here that answer your question. Just understand that the more people that come here and just ask questions without investing any time, the more time people that have invested time spend answering the same questions over and over again. Then people with knowledge stop coming. So read the stickies and check out the first few pages of the forum.
