Will one of these kit bolt on a 92 without any modifications.

What would I need for fuel management? Will 370 injectors and 255 fuel pump be enough for the basic setup?

The 2nd kit down is the FMAX kit (bought out by Turbonetics). It comes with 370cc injectors, good up to ~240whp. You should add a Walbro 255lph fuel pump. You'll also need a retuned ECU or piggyback to control fuel
Check out the IAP kits. I believe they still offer a discount to NICO members. They stage 1+ comes with a tuned ECU and 550cc injectors.http://www.import-autoperforma....html
Most kits listed for the S14 will fit the S13 (91-94) as well. The motors are virtually indentical. Look thru the start hit sticky at the top of the page. Theres a lot of good info to get you going...
