I've decided that I wanna save up to buy the Turbonetics T3/T04 kit from turbo-kits.com. I have a '98 240. I just wanted to know if anyone was running the kit, if its worth buying, and what other parts I would need to get.

Turbonetics doesn't make a bad product. If you want particulars about the kit, post up a link so we can see exactly what it is that you're getting.

Which one of these are you getting? TurboKits.Com

2nd one down. I wanna keep the motor stock, while being able to make some power out of the turbo and a few bolt-ons.

Well the picture shows a MSD BTM, but the list of what comes with the kit doesn't include it. Answer a couple questions.

Are you installing the kit?How are you going to tune the car? Do you have any mechanical experience with tuning and turbo's?

I myself am not installing the kit. My father is going to help me, he's worked on cars for over 30 years and said it wouldn't be a problem. I

I've been reading around and found that you can get a chip from Jim Wolf Tech custom made to for whatever application you ask for, is that correct or no?

Considering this is my first car, no I don't have any experience with it. Like I said, my father is going to help me, and I know a few people who own 240's who've had some experience that I know can call incase I have a problem.
