also my bov doesnt open, wtf is wrong with my car? is it running to rich , i know its suppose to be 11.7, i checked for leaks i found one and fixed it, and still the same problem, also i re titned all my couplers. so why cant i make more then 2psi wtf?

think the turbo is going bad? i pulled of my maf pipe and checked for play or free wheeling but no result?

So this is the first time you have tried to run your Ka-T setup?

It sounds like your wastegate is stuck open, or maybe your boost controller is messed up. Are you internally or externally gated? Have you checked to make sure you have a good vac source to your WG?

If you dont have any shaft play, the turbo spins freely, and your blades arnt toasted, your turbo shouldnt be the reason your not getting any boost. Your DP being open has nothing to do with it, if anything that helps the turbo breathe.

Also, with the DP being open there is a chance that you couldnt hear a pre-turbo exhaust leak. Start the car and put your hand near the headers and the turbo flange to see if you feel anything.

So your running an external WG? On the Tial WG you are supposed to use the SIDE port for the vac. source and leave the top port open. The top port is only used if you are running an electric boost controller. Hope that solves your problems.

you are using at least one of the ports correct? (the side port)

You can pull the WG off and make sure the firering is seated correctly. (the metal ring what sits inside the bottom of the WG and the flange) If your WG has that.
