turbo wont boost past 4psi?

So i have a gt2510 which i rotated to be a top mount and a sohc ka maf with a blowthrough setup. I was driving home at night, and aside from the normal cut out i get when the maf reaches 9x% or over 5k rpm, my car all of a sudden couldnt boost past 4psi(according to the boost gauge). I got home and checked the pipes and none of them blew out. I tried feeling the turbo for shaftplay, there's play but i dont really know whats good or bad for a ballbearing. I can push the shaft in and out and side to side. Maybe enough to make a sound. I can spin the turbo really freely and hear the sound when bb turbos spin down after driving. My boost gauge reads around 18-19hg.

Any possibilities? i sorta hope its the turbo but it didnt seem like it was blowing smoke. Mainly because it might be the asnwer to my problems. Car idles the same way it does, around 750-900

oh yeah i recently changed my sparkplugs dont know the except specs but they're 6's and gapped to.036-.038

these were not changed recently but been working.*walbro 255lph inline pump*nismo fpr set to 36psi*reset timing to 15btdc with tps disconected*safc II with 5in 5out under the maf settings

exhaust manifold? wouldnt it make clicking noises?

im boosting about 6 because im missing two nuts on the e mani and is leaking. once i get into the mid rpms u can hear a clicking noise. prolly an e mani leak. 6 psi isnt any fun haha i can only imagine 4 :/ sry lol. check for any kind of leak

Do you hit 4psi early or does it not build this much till 5k?

Check wastegate actuator.

It was hittin 4psi pretty fast? Sorta normal since my car normally boosts really quickly due to the short the chargepiping on my 510. I checked yesterday and 2 bolts bolt on the turbine housing were pretty much loose. I'm going to have to take the manifold off to retighten them but I hope that was the cause of my idle issues all this time. But also hope it didnt mess anything up internally =[

can a stock wastegate suddenly start to hold only 4psi rather consistantly? The turbo seemed to be boosting 10 then gradually went back down to 8psi before all this happened.
